Resturants, stores, a mall? What is important to you?
Would you rather have a quiet small town and drive 10 minutes to a mall or a shop-filled town and never have to leave?

I'd like to see speeding addressed.
Wednesday afternoon there was a huge accident on New Hill Hollemen road between two trucks. Today I'm going to work, doing 5 over the posted 45 and get passed twice crossing the Shearon Harris lake. This happens daily.

I would like to see a Movie theater in our town. I know the Cultural center has the capability to do a movie, but I am thinking bigger. This would create more jobs for our youth in the town as well as providing them more local entertaiment without having to drive them to far. I would also like to see a weekly/monthly/quarterly Craft Bazaar. Along the same lines as the Farmers Market but with all crafts that our talented residents can display/sell.

I'd like to see some emphasis on character and charm rather than just urban sprawl with more drugstores and fast food places. Sept. 5, 2007

We've only lived in Holly Springs for about 15 months. I am already dismayed at the loss of farm land to housing developments. I would like to see more thoughtful development to maintain the country feel, limit strip shopping centers and fast food stores and make sure an infrastructure is in place to support the growth. I can't imagine what it will be like to travel on Hwy 55 when Twelve Oaks is developed.

I would love to see a dog park, there is no place that one can let there dog run free and play. So many of Holly Springs residents have dogs it would be great for them to meet and have some fun over a common love of their four legged friends

A Dog Park would be great! I Believe the town tried a few years back and not sure what happened, anyone know?

There do not seem to be many churches located in Holly Springs. I did see an article from the mayor a few months back stating that new churches are welcome! Have you heard of any new churches coming to Holly Springs soon?

I also heard of a new sub-division coming soon located close to Hwy 55 Oaks ??? Will there be a country club located within the sub-division?

I would love to see the speeders on the 55 Bypass be ticketed more. We have drivers going in excess of 70
