Our 3-bedroom apartment homes are some of the largest in the area, with 1,413 square feet! The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinets, drawers and counter space. It’s fully equipped with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and electric stove. The living room/dining room space is gigantic, 15’ x 25’! The 2 smaller bedrooms are both around 14’ x 11’, very big! There’s a large bathroom in the hall for those bedrooms. The master bedroom has a HUGE walk-in closet! Even the master bathroom is HUGE! The living room and bedrooms have cable outlets on 2 walls, giving you the decorating freedom to set your rooms up as you please. There’s even an outlet in the kitchen if you want to follow Emeril while he cooks!
Our amenities are plenty and provide you with many options for relaxation and play--complimentary DVD library, complimentary basic and standard cable in each apartment, grill and picnic areas, pool, 24-hour fitness room, sand volleyball court, putting green and complimentary cookies and coffee when you need a snack or would just like to come in and visit with us in the office. We’re not only the management staff. We’re your neighbors. We enjoy getting to know each of our residents.
Do you have a pet? That's great! We welcome your furry family members with open arms! For your canine companions, we have a nice leash-free dog park where they can play with your neighbors' pups. You can get to know your neighbors while your pups learn how to socialize, get some exercise and make their own friends.
